I am well-aware of the fact that NaruHina has more chances of happening, but there ARE a lot of things that make NejiHina possible too (see the Flammendo post. Though it isn't really brief or specific to the manga chapters, it DOES point out many details on why NejiHina can be possible XD Not really accurate, but it's agreeable).
